The easiest way to indicate the ideal size of our menstrual panties is to think about the size of pants you wear. Below is a table that can help you decide!

• 28 to 30 - 2XS
• 30 to 32 - XS
• 34 to 36 - S
• 38 to 40 - M
• 40 to 42 - L
• 42 to 44 - XL
• 44 to 48 - 2XL

If you find yourself between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size. If you realize, when you receive the order, that you made a mistake with the size, don't worry: we offer returns. Just don't remove the hygiene protection label.
