The easiest way to find your ideal size for our menstrual panties is to think about the pants size you usually wear. Below is a guide to help you decide:
28–30 → 2XS
30–32 → XS
34–36 → S
38–40 → M
40–42 → L
42–44 → XL
44–48 → 2XL
If you find yourself between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
